RING 24/410

The Embalforme group was created in 1993. We produce packaging adapted to their products on behalf of professionals in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. When a customer contacts us, our team listens to them. We work with them to determine the type of packaging they want. Our experts give advice and help them to perfect the concept. Once this phase is complete, we draw up a technical plan for the production of the packaging ordered and produce a model. Whether it is a custom-made or standard model, we always make prototypes before we start mass production. This allows the customer to know in advance whether the container is suitable or not.

Because of the importance of packaging, we pay particular attention to decoration. We have perfected several types of finishing such as silk-screening, hot stamping, pad printing, etc. To perfect our containers, we also manufacture the accessories that accompany them. There are cosmetic closure accessories adapted to our jars and to the 24/410 or other rings of our bottles.

24/410 ring bottles

We produce different sizes of bottles in various materials. For example, our 30 ml, 50 ml, 100 ml and 150 ml bottles are made of thick glass and have a GCMI 24/410 ring. You can order them transparent or coloured according to your needs.

In our catalogue we also have an opal glass bottle with a Europa 5 ring, but as this type of container protects its contents from light, many of our customers order them in different formats. We can make them with GCMI 18/415 or other rings. As for the stretched glass containers, the volume of the bottle, its dimensions and the size of its ring are chosen according to the customer’s preferences.

In plastic, we manufacture eclipse or round, opaque or transparent, white or amber bottles with a GCMI 24/410 ring. We use polypropylene and polyethylene. The capacity varies between 125 ml, 200 ml and 250 ml.

Also, our aluminium bottles are available with different rings. We have them in sizes ranging from 90 mm high to 238 mm and in volumes from 20 ml to 1 l. The neck is threaded for easy closure with a cap.

Accessories for 24/410 rings

In our wide range of bottle stoppers, we have several models suitable for GCMI 24/410 rings. The aluminium capped polypropylene is one of our most popular products. It is simple and elegant and looks great on the container. In addition, it can accommodate your brand logo. Our ribbed cap gives a better grip and makes the bottle easier to open. There is a smooth model with a domed top, which is also very aesthetic.

After the caps come the roll-on tips. They come in all sizes. They fit both the small 10 ml bottles and the large 100 ml models. They have a metal or plastic ball, depending on your choice. The larger models can even have three balls.

Finally, there are the droppers. All our models can be adapted to the ring you choose. Their pipettes are all made of stretched glass. The droppers with a push button have a white, gold, metallic or aluminium cap. Those with a teat have a black, white, gold or metal cap. Their tips vary according to their intended use. They can be round, conical or elongated.
