For 30 years, our Embalforme group (Embalforme, Aberconcept and Embaltec) has been designing various packaging for cosmetics professionals. We manufacture numerous containers for beauty products. We use different materials to design our packaging: metal, plastic and glass. Thanks to our know-how and creativity, many companies entrust us with the realisation of their projects.

Our know-how in packaging design

In our daily work, our motto can be summed up in four words: listening, advice, responsiveness and quality. Since 1993, our group has specialised in cosmetic and pharmaceutical packaging in glass, plastic and metal. We offer jars, bottles, tubes, etc. In addition to containers, we also provide our customers with accessories such as closures, lids, spatulas and much more.

We take a fully developed approach from product design to delivery. Our team uses creativity and ingenuity to turn our customers’ ideas into reality. The process of designing a project goes through a number of stages: needs analysis, technical drawing, model design, production (prototypes and series), product decoration, quality control, storage and shipping.

Our different products

As a manufacturer of glass cosmetic jars, we produce all kinds of containers in various colours and sizes :

• The “Premium” jars are distinguished by the material they are made of: thick glass. They are exceptionally transparent and have a smooth wall. This prevents dirt deposits. These pots show their contents to best advantage. To reinforce the aesthetic aspect, they are accompanied by customisable accessories (stoppers, caps, etc.). We can also combine them with special and original lids, if required.
• The standard transparent glass jars meet various needs and expectations. They are available with a lacquered or transparent finish. The choice of design is entirely up to the customer.
• Opal glass jars are suitable for light-sensitive cosmetic products. These containers protect their contents from all external influences.
• Cosmetic jars with a metal cap : these can be covered with an aluminium cap with a silver, gold or coloured finish. We aim to match the plastic or glass jar to its lid for an exceptional and luxurious look. This type of pot is also available in matt or glossy finish.
• The square plastic pots are very thick and have an aesthetic appearance. They incorporate a lid to give them a more elegant design.
• Terrine pots are round or square, small or large. This type of container is ideal for presentations, as it highlights the contents.
• Stacking jars are an innovative concept. These practical models allow you to group together various complementary products in a single package.
