Embalforme is a packaging specialist. Since 1993, we have been manufacturing a wide range of packaging for pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. We design the accessories that complete these containers. We work with different kinds of materials. This allows us to vary the shapes, materials and characteristics of our containers and to adapt them to your requirements. In addition to the packaging we have in our catalogue, we also carry out special orders.

Embalforme jars

The Premium range includes all the high quality jars we create. Made of thick glass, these containers enhance the cosmetic products.

Our standard glass jars can be transparent or lacquered. We have mastered the art of forming opal glass into empty cosmetic containers. This material has the advantage of protecting its contents from light.

Whether for aesthetic reasons or for marketing purposes, some brands are looking for metal-capped jars. Our company manufactures two types, based on glass or polypropylene and coated with aluminium. As the colouring of the latter is one of our specialities, you can have pots with bright colours if you wish.

We also have plastic pots made of polymethylmethacrylate and polypropylene. They are very thick and have a round or square shape. Our stackable jars are suitable for packs that combine different products.

Embalforme bottles

Like the jars, Embalforme bottles are available in opal glass, standard glass and thick glass. You can obtain the latter in colour or transparent. Our cosmetic packaging company also shapes drawn glass so as to have fine containers of varying size.

In addition to glass, we also work with plastic. Some of our bottles have a basic white colour and others imitate amber lacquered glass. Our metal containers are made of aluminium. Their size varies from 20 ml to 1 l.

Airless bottles are one of our most popular products. They protect their contents from any external pollution. The air does not penetrate inside, which reduces the risk of oxidation. We have airless bottles with a push button, a cap or a clip-on top.

Embalforme tubes

As far as the manufacture of cosmetic tubes is concerned, we work on two types. The first are made of coextruded polyethylene. We favour recycled materials in order to better protect the environment. The second type of tube is laminated according to a special procedure that gives it a better appearance and a pleasant grip.

As consumers appreciate the convenience of tube packaging, we have developed several types of tips to facilitate their use. According to your needs, in partnership with Albea, the world’s leading tube manufacturer, we manufacture pump tips, dome tips, cannula tips, etc.

We also offer different types of massage tips. The first is the Wellness brush. It scrubs and stimulates the skin. This cosmetic tube applicator is very suitable for foot care. The second type is the roll-on with plastic or metal balls. Even the smallest tube can have a matching roll-on. For a better application of the product, two models are available: Ellipse Triball and Round Triball.

Embalforme accessories

As far as accessories are concerned, our cosmetic packaging company manufactures customised caps and lids for jars and bottles. Whatever the material used, we can always give it the colour you want.

In addition to lids, we also make lids from polystyrene. This material adheres easily to the jars, either by gluing or welding. We also have droppers for the bottles. They allow users to measure out the quantity of product to be used. The length of the dropper is adapted to the length of the vial it comes with. You can choose between nipple tops and push button models.

With the jars, we propose to put a spatula at the customer’s disposal to limit the contribution of impurities. The models we offer are flat or curved, in the shape of a small or large spoon.
