The different types of accessories for cosmetic and pharmaceutical glass containers

Most of our cosmetic and pharmaceutical glass containers can be combined with various accessories.

• Seals

Embalforme creates, for example, lids to seal the package and prevent the penetration of external dirt. This accessory is made with APET. Our references are designed for capacities of 15, 30, 50 and 100 ml respectively.

• Lids
  These accessories are used to seal the opening of the container. We design them in polypropylene or thermoset. They are both resistant and decorative. Embalforme offers several references in GCMI 60/400, 58/400, 51/400, 48/400 and 40/400 rings

• Droppers, stoppers, squeezers 
  For cosmetic and pharmaceutical bottles, Embalforme manufactures four common accessories :
• Droppers facilitate the distribution of the product contained in the container. They can have a round, elongated, conical or tipless tip to suit the type of product for which they are intended. These accessories have a clear, drawn glass pipette that makes it easy to measure the amount taken from the container. The droppers fit the GCMI 24/410 or GCMI 18/415 rings.
• The caps, on the other hand, fit every type of ring of a bottle. In addition, they provide a good seal regardless of the type of material used.
• Wringers are usually used with droppers. They are used to remove product residues from the dropper before it is removed from the bottle. These accessories are suitable for use with GCMI 24/410 rings.
• Stilligoutts or reducers are designed to reduce the flow of product during dispensing. They fit with the CGMI 24/410 rings.

• Spatulas

This practical tool is used to remove the product from the container without adding impurities. It can be used in different shapes : flat, small spoon, curved and large spoon. The spatulas are available in 2 references: one in ABS and the other in PE.

• Roll-on tipsOur roll-on tips are equipped with one to three metal or plastic balls. These massage lightly while allowing a controlled distribution and application of the product. These accessories vary in size. There are tri-ball models, with large roll-on, medium roll-on and small roll-on.
