Embalforme has been manufacturing standard cosmetic bottles since 1993. We know perfectly well the roles that these containers must play. We make sure that our plastic and glass bottle packaging protects its contents from the outside environment. We also ensure that they provide buyers with as much product information as possible.

As a supplier of cosmetic bottles to the trade, we are aware of the constraints involved in production. That is why, to satisfy you, we can make staggered deliveries.

We do not only manufacture standard cosmetic bottles. We also produce the accessories that complement them. We offer caps and various tips (roll-on, dropper, etc.). These items fit various rings and the dimensions of our containers.

Our different bottles

Among our flagship products, there are the thick glass bottles of the Premium range. Transparent, coloured or opaque, these containers highlight their contents. Then there are the opal glass containers. They are particularly suitable for light-sensitive cosmetic products. Opal glass is quite difficult to form, but thanks to our state-of-the-art equipment and know-how, we can transform it into a quality bottle. Finally, we have the drawn glass bottles. Their thinness and lightness make them ideal for holding standard or luxury cosmetics.

We also manufacture standard plastic bottles. We use polyethylene and polypropylene for their strength, reliability and durability. The containers can be opaque or transparent amber.

We use aluminium to create our metal bottles. This material has the dual advantage of being corrosion resistant and lightweight. The capacities we supply range from 20 ml to 1 l.

In addition to the standard models, we also offer airless bottles. These containers prevent external pollution from altering their contents.
