As we have a good sense of organisation, we always proceed in stages. The first step is to analyse your needs : shape, size, colour, budget, delivery time. We then draw up the technical plan for production and make a model before starting to manufacture prototypes and series. Once production is complete, we carry out the finishing touches (frosting, silk-screening, lacquering, hot stamping, enamel decorations, pad printing and metallization). The perfection of our lids is guaranteed, as each of our items must undergo a thorough quality control before being stored and delivered.

Cosmetic metal lids from Embalforme

Embalforme provides professionals with a wide range of lids for cosmetic jars. We have the 60/400 lids in coloured metal cap as well as black and white or coloured models. They are ideal for your Premium jars. Made from PP plastic, they are robust.

We also offer a range of flat lids in sizes 40/400, 48/400 and 58/400. These models are available in metal, black, white or even in colour. To ensure their durability, we manufacture them with thermosetting plastic and then cover them with aluminium. All our lids can be combined with our 24/410 or 18/415 clamping rings.

However, if you want to create unique closures consistent with your brand and your desires, we can also provide you with a customised formula.

The technical and marketing functions of lids

From a technical point of view, the lid protects the contents of your cosmetic jars from all possible external influences. It prevents the penetration of heat, cold, light, air, or even dust that could damage your beauty product. Thanks to the lid, there is no risk of your product spilling during transport.
