COSMETIC CAPPING ACCESSORIES

Embalforme seals

A lid makes it possible to close a container properly and prevent external dirt from coming into contact with the contents. Embalforme’s lids are made of polystyrene. Polystyrene is a light, breathable and easy to glue material. It can be used on plastic, glass or metal packaging. In addition, polystyrene is resistant to diluted acids in products, which is an important feature for a cosmetic closure. We design lids for all possible jar sizes.

Embalforme droppers

Droppers for bottles are also very useful. They make it easier to take the product and avoid wastage. The models manufactured by Embalforme all have a transparent stretched glass pipette that makes it easy to evaluate the quantity extracted from the vial. Depending on their intended use, these cosmetic sealing accessories have round, elongated or conical tips. They can also be without a tip. It goes without saying that the length of the pipette is adapted to the length of the accompanying bottle.

Containers with droppers no longer need capsules. That is why we pay particular attention to the shape and finish of our caps. Some are discreetly white or black, others are coloured. There are even models in aluminium or in metallic or gold colour. The top can be presented as a push button or a nipple, depending on the customer’s request.

Caps for cosmetic bottles

Basically, Embalforme’s bottle caps are made of polypropylene. We have specially chosen this material for its rigidity, resistance to humidity, acids and solvents. We design stoppers adapted to each type of ring and thread that a bottle may have. We have models with metal caps (aluminium and polypropylene) and others that are made of smooth or ribbed plastic.

You can choose between white, classic black, gold and many other colours. All our caps are exceptionally tight, whether the bottle is made of glass, metal or plastic.

Lids for cosmetic jars

The primary function of a metal or plastic cosmetic lid is to close the jar. The models proposed by Embalforme are resistant, solid and of good quality, which guarantees the tightness of the packaging. They also serve as decoration for the packaging. This is why we are constantly looking for new techniques to improve their finish. We usually use polypropylene or thermoset for their manufacture. The difference between each lid lies in the finishing. Our mastery of metal colouring allows us to extend the choice of colours for those with metal caps. There are even transparent lids such as those that come with our airless jars.

Caps and closures for cosmetic tubes

For the design of caps for cosmetic tubes, we collaborate with Albéa. In our catalogue we have standard, flip top, tamper evident and metal capped caps. Some are even compatible with lids. If none of the models we offer are suitable for you, we can customise them in special orders. Our covers are available in several colours : yellow, red, purple, black and white.

It is important to note that all of our cosmetic closures have a very aesthetic appearance. Take for example the polypropylene screw cap which is covered with a metal cap. Its sleek design gives it a more classic look than other models. We can personalise it by engraving your company logo.
