We produce jars, bottles, airless containers, tubes, closures and tips in various shapes and capacities. The materials we use are glass, plastic and metal. Embalforme bottles and accessories

Embalforme also produces stopper accessories and end caps that go with the bottles. However, we leave no room for fantasy in the shaping of our containers. We adhere to the classic dimensions of the rings. Of course, the thread or the material used can change according to the customer’s needs. But a GCMI 18/415 or Europa 5 ring has precise dimensions that must be respected in order to guarantee the tightness of the container. Caps and droppers for bottles cannot be fitted if the rings do not have the right dimensions.

The lid comes in several shapes depending on the use. This accessory can be chosen to make the product more convenient to use. As for the tips, we offer classic or innovative models: screw, pump, break-off, applicator, cannula, lip-stick, roll-on, triball. The shape of the rings on our bottles is already suitable for all these possibilities.

Embalforme rings are made of plastic or metal, depending on the body of the container. Regardless of the material used in its manufacture, the primary function of a ring is to accommodate the container’s stopper. All types of bottle can be modified to have a ring referenced 18/415. The size of the container need not be proportional to the size of the neck.
