This technique is mainly used on objects that are difficult to print. Hot stamping is a process in which a gold or silver ribbon is applied to the packaging using high temperatures. As the name suggests, the purpose of metallisation is to give an object a metallic appearance. It is carried out by means of vacuum spraying and can also be used on the bottle lid.

Lacquering and frosting are ideal for the organic glass bottle. The former gives the packaging a lacquered effect, while the latter reduces its transparency. Lacquering is characterised by a total or partial spraying of a paint on the surface of the container. It is achieved by a spraying system. The result is a variety of shades, depending on the case: satin lacquer, gloss lacquer or translucent lacquer. On the other hand, frosting is obtained by an abrasive treatment. Once frosted, the organic glass container can be decorated with other types of decoration such as hot stamping or screen printing.
