Why establish a partnership with Albéa?

Embalforme is constantly looking for innovative and reliable cosmetic packaging solutions. Recognising Albéa’s experience and know-how in tubes and end caps, we chose to partner with them for this branch of our business. Indeed, Albéa is one of the world leaders in the manufacture of tubes and related accessories.

Albéa cosmetic tubes and applicators are distinguished by their practicality. The brand received the “Plastic Tube of the Year” award for one of its roll-on products. It has developed specific tips for each cosmetic product. The factories are ISO certified. The combined expertise of our two companies gives us the necessary technical expertise to meet our customers’ needs.

Classic tips

Embalforme relies on a wide variety of applicators for tubes. Here are some examples :

• Cannulas are one of the best tips for cosmetic packaging. The narrow opening allows for a very precise application of the contents.
• Some tips help to control the amount to be used and to aim exactly at the desired spot. This tip is very suitable for anti-wrinkle creams.
• The bevelled lip-stick applicator has an ergonomic shape that makes it easy to spread a product on the lips or around the eyes.
• The dome tube, as the name suggests, is dome-shaped. It makes it easy to apply cream to the body. The mini dome tube has the same advantages, but is intended for application to smaller areas.

Each of these applicators comes with a cap to prevent the contents from spilling. Again in partnership with Albéa, we produce different types of capsules, ranging from the classic to the flip top. There are also other models that are compatible with lids and those that are tamper-proof.

Massage tips

There are many reasons why users of cosmetic products particularly appreciate massage tips. Firstly, they offer the possibility of not getting your hands dirty with the product. Simply rub the tube over the skin and the nozzle will spread the contents. If the product is intended for a small area, the size of the nozzle will be adapted accordingly, which avoids wasting product. Only the necessary amount comes out of the tube.

Embalforme markets many types of massage tips, including the roll-on and the Wellness brush. The Wellness Brush both scrubs and stimulates the skin. It is ideal for foot care. As for the roll-on, in addition to making them in different sizes, some have three plastic or metal balls, depending on your preference : the Ellipse Triball and the round Triball.

Pumps and spatulas

The pump tube limits the entry of air into the bottle. This reduces the risk of oxidation and allows a better conservation of the product. The quantity that comes out is no more than necessary. In addition, with our tube pump bottle, you have an ABS (Acryloitrile Butadiene Styrene) shell. Its transparency is coupled with a magnifying effect, which enhances the packaging.

In addition, Embalforme has specially designed a variety of accessories. White or transparent, our spatulas have a delicate and refined appearance. The first model has a flat shape, while the second looks like a small spoon. The third one is curved and the last one looks like a large spoon.
